* Stones are continuously and automatically coming off from multiple areas.

* Glue marks are visible all over the front of the product.

* There are multiple scratches on the mirror.

* The frame has numerous scratches and poor finishing.

* There are hammer marks all over the back of the frame.

* The overall workmanship and finishing are extremely poor.

* Excessive glue marks and visible defects make the product look completely unfinished and damaged.

* **The perfume included with the order was received completely empty.**

This raises a serious question about your entire quality assurance and dispatch process. **What exactly is your Quality Assurance and Dispatch Team checking before sending products to customers?** How can a product with so many visible defects, along with a completely empty perfume, pass through your quality checks and still be dispatched?

Honestly, the product I received is nowhere close to what a customer should expect after placing an order with a professional business. The quality is so poor that I genuinely feel cheated and seriously question whether any proper quality assurance was conducted before dispatching this product.

I am extremely disappointed by the apparent lack of attention, accountability, and basic quality checks from your team. With this number of obvious defects, it is difficult to understand whether the concerned teams are genuinely inspecting the products at all before dispatching them.

What is even more disappointing is the level of customer service. My experience with your customer service team has been extremely frustrating, unhelpful, and completely unacceptable. The lack of proper support, accountability, and timely resolution is deeply concerning.

I expect the Owner, Senior Management, Quality Assurance Team, and Dispatch Team to take this matter seriously and investigate how such a poorly finished and defective product, along with an empty perfume, was approved and dispatched to a customer.

**I require an immediate and satisfactory resolution to this issue.** Please provide a clear response regarding how you intend to resolve this matter, whether through a complete replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

I will not accept responsibility for defects that are clearly related to poor manufacturing, finishing, quality control, and dispatch checks. I expect a prompt response and immediate action from the concerned team.

An empty product being packed and dispatched to a customer indicates a significant failure in the final inspection process. I fail to understand how such an obvious issue was not identified before dispatch.
