Studd Muffyn does not request or send any communication via e-mail, WhatsApp messages or via telephone seeking payments from customers for any Prize Money. No such scheme is being run by the company. If you receive an e-mail from someone claiming to be from Studd Muffyn and demanding Money in lieu of giving any kind of prize scheme, do not reply. Studd Muffyn does not ask its customers to make any kind of payment to any particular bank account or in the name of any individual person. It is therefore advised to all customers not to entertain any such message or call and do not share any confidential information like bank account, credit card details, etc.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
- Items categorized as cosmetics, crystals, clothing, and nutraceuticals are non-returnable.
- Refunds and replacements, subject to company approval, will only be processed for items that are out of stock, damaged, or incorrectly received. The processing time for such cases is a maximum of 7 days from the date of refund confirmation. If you do not receive your shipment within 15 days of order placement, you may claim a refund for the order amount paid.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited within 10-12 working days.
- For prepaid orders made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original account within 5-7 working days. In the case of COD orders, account details will be requested for the initiation of refunds.
- Returns or exchanges are initiated only in the case of a defective product, mismatched, or misprinted patterns. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as disliking the product, minor flaws, issues with packaging, slight color differences, or minor size variations. Before purchasing, carefully review our size chart, as returns or exchanges based solely on size issues cannot be accepted.

- We kindly request customers raising concerns to provide an unboxing video for efficient assistance. This video, showcasing the product's unpacking, helps us address issues accurately. Without an unboxing video, we may be unable to process your concern. Your cooperation ensures a smoother resolution process.
